Here at YS, we wanted to make sure yoga was relatable for everyone. Personally I would get so confused when offered the choice between Hatha, Iyengar or Yin Yang to name a few that I'd put it yoga off for another day when I'd know what I want.

Flexbility & Balance has clearly been the most favoured to date. That doesn't surprise me, it's my go-to style for my lessons. After this class I always come out feeling taller, energised and inspired!
